About the Blog

Thin Girl Writes. A blog inspired from Germmagazine, Jennifer Niven's brought-to-life website based on her book All The Bright Places. This is the author's most favorite book and has inspired her to create this blog. It all started from writing poetry, to short stories, to being ambitious on writing her own book, and now this. Holly Bourne's The Manifesto on How to be Interesting also gave her that little push to start writing on a blog.  

Though this blog has only one author, stories written are not only of hers, but also of others: the good and the bad, unfiltered and real, the nonsense and the soundness. Some would be explicitly written, just to warn you ahead. Some she might find funny, but others don't. This does not focus on one topic since she can be quite random at times. But one thing’s for sure, this was created to share stories and touch someone's life, or to just plainly say something. A freedom wall, a food for thought, a place to resonate with others’ experience.        

P.S. Take what resonates, but do not swallow what you cannot.
